Refund and Cancellation Policy

Reserve in Advance!  All reservations are fully refundable until 7 days before the activity.  We conduct reservations rain or shine, but in cases of dangerous conditions, you will be offered a full refund or reschedule at your option.  Reservation cancellations made by you closer than 7 days before the activity are non refundable and non reschedulable except in the case we are able to re-reserve a new guest for your cancelled time slot.  (If you know you can't keep a reservation please let us know as soon as possible so we can open up the calendar so someone else can book that time slot so we can refund you.)
