Refund and Cancellation Policy

Reserve in Advance!  All reservations are fully refundable until 24 hours before the activity.  We conduct reservations rain or shine, but in cases of dangerous conditions, you will be offered a full refund or reschedule at your option.  Reservation cancellations made by you closer than 24 hours before the activity are non refundable and non reschedulable except in the case we are able to re-reserve a new guest for your cancelled time slot.  (If you know you can't keep a reservation please let us know as soon as possible so we can open up the calendar so someone else can book that time slot so we can refund you.)
